Tetsu's brother. Great-uncle to Mei. Tried to recruit Aiko.

Fundamentals
- Block Hold back. Hold down-back for low attacks. Jump-ins must be blocked standing.
- Throw → or ← + HP up close. Beats blocking.
- Cancel Light punches and crouching kicks cancel into specials on contact.
- Charge Hold back (or down) for about a second, then press forward (or up) with the button.
